We are able to offer individually tailored, holistic advice on a range of topics: welfare benefits; money, finance and debt; housing; employment; immigration; family and relationships; health and community care; communications and utilities; tax; education; consumer goods and services; travel and transport; issues involving discrimination and hate crime.
We are a charity, we were created to help our community at times of need. When we speak to you, we will take a holistic approach and tailor our advice to your particular needs and we will do our best to provide you with advice to help you. To give us the best opportunity of helping you, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible – don’t wait until the day before an important deadline.
When you first contact us, we will ask for your details and an assessor will discuss the issues and any immediate priorities. We may also ask you to send us copies of any relevant paperwork.
We will do our best to speak to you as soon as possible but demand for our services is high and you may have to wait a few days before we get back to you.
