If you or someone you care for needs help with daily living, Croydon Council can support you.
This service is for adults who:
- Struggle with health or personal care
- Provide unpaid care for someone
- Have a disability or mobility issues
- Have a hearing or visual impairment that affects daily life
How it works:
- Your needs will be assessed by phone or in person. You can have someone with you during the assessment.
- We'll talk with you about the support you need and your daily life, so we can find the best way to help.
Types of support may include:
- Support from local services
- Equipment and modifications to your home
- Help from friends and family
Paying for care: You may need to pay for some or all of your care. A financial assessment will determine how much you need to pay. Find out more about paying for your care.
How to request support:
- You can request support for yourself or someone you care for online.
- Health or social care professionals can refer someone online.
- You can also call us to request support.
