This service is for low-income residents who are facing, or at risk of, a financial crisis because of a sudden issue with money. It offers short-term crisis support and can connect people with advice, wellbeing support and local services.
- Support with urgent needs such as food, household supplies, heating, energy or water bills
- Help with essential items, including clothing, footwear and essential household equipment
- Support for urgent housing-related costs where eligible
- Crisis and Resilience Fund Housing Payments for eligible housing-cost shortfalls
- Links to resilience services and local support organisations where appropriate
