Active Plus offers a fully funded Armed Forces Community Social Prescribing service for veterans and the wider Armed Forces Community in Cornwall and Isles of Scilly. Veteran link workers provide advocacy, signposting and 1-to-1 support to help with practical, social and emotional needs.

- Help to navigate housing, finance, employment, training and healthcare support
- Advocacy and personalised support from link workers with Armed Forces experience
- Connections to local activities, groups and services in your community
- Support for veterans and wider Armed Forces families who feel under supported
