Fish and Chat - Medway

A four week programme of fishing sessions to support mental health and wellbeing, long term health conditions and those at risk of/or experiencing social isolation.  These 4 hour sessions are run by qualified Angling Trust coaches.  Participants will fish for 3 hours and then come together for the final hour to talk about their fishing or day to day life over a cup of tea/coffee and cake.  

These sessions are open to anyone aged 18+.  Whether you are a seasoned angler looking to for someone to fish with or a complete beginner all abilities are welcome.

All equipment, bait and licences provided.
