**Postnatal Yoga Class Description**
**Overview:**
Join our supportive and gentle postnatal yoga class designed specifically for new mothers from 6-8 weeks after birth until their babies begin crawling. This program provides a nurturing environment for mothers to reconnect with themselves, bond with their babies, and interact with fellow moms while focusing on recovery and emotional well-being.
**Eligibility:**
- Women 6 weeks post-vaginal birth or 8 weeks post-C-section.
- Must have received medical clearance to exercise from your GP.
**Class Details:**
- **Duration:** 1 hour and 30 minutes
- 15-minute opening circle
- 1 hour of yoga practice
- 15-minute tea and chat session
