Medway Heartcare Support Group is a peer support group for people with heart-related conditions. It meets at The Net Community Hub on the first Wednesday of the month.

Service access criteria:
Available to all, in or out of Medway. People come along of their own volition for social activties. We accept social prescriber referrals, but we are an open space and carers would need to stay with their clients.
