
MyHealth have teamed up with talking therapies to deliver a workshop covering Stress Management. This one-off workshop will be held virtually through Zoom for 2 hours in a group setting.
Attending this workshop will give you the chance to learn more about how to manage your stress as well as give you the chance to ask questions to a qualified practitioner. Learning how to manage your stress is especially important after the year we’ve been through, we have had to face several new stressors, from not being allowed to leave your house to working from home. All of these can have a lasting effect on our mental health. Our stress management workshop is a great place for you to understand how to recognise and control your stress levels.
