We meet every 1st Wednesday of the Month, 10am - 12pm at The Senhouse Centre (3 Senhouse Street, Whitehaven CA28 7ES)
If you've had a breast cancer diagnosis, whether it's primary or secondary, we're the group for you. You'll find us in the main room upstairs in The Senhouse Centre. We meet during the day, but for those who work, we also organise social evenings for drinks/food.
Our meetings are very relaxed (you'll hear us laughing before you see us) and we're there between 10am and 12pm. You don't have to talk about your diagnosis but there's always someone around if you do. We're good at signposting and sharing experiences if needed. Please note - we are not medically trained and do not give out medical advice - this is the job for your treatment team.
We ask for a donation of £3 - this covers room hire and refreshments.
Some months we may have a speaker or arrange an activity. We've had wreath making, pamper sessions, guest speakers etc.
