NHS Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull Talking Therapies offers free and confidential support for people aged 16 and over who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, worry, or low mood. Our service is available to residents across Coventry, Warwickshire, and Solihull.
We provide a wide range of psychological therapies, including support for:
- General anxiety disorder
- Health anxiety
- Social anxiety
- Depression and postnatal depression
- Stress and panic attacks
- Sleep problems
- Obsessions and compulsions
- Long-term physical health conditions (such as diabetes or respiratory conditions)
- Support during the perinatal period and menopause
- Support for older adults (65+)
- Couple therapy for depression
We offer a variety of ways to access our service, including self-referral online, by phone, or through a digital referral assistant. Our team is dedicated to helping you find the right support for your needs, whether you are newly diagnosed or have been living with a long-term condition.
All services are provided free of charge as part of the NHS.

- Initial assessments are arranged promptly after referral.
