Do you receive a qualifying mobility allowance and need an easier way to get around? The Motability Scheme is for disabled people who receive a qualifying mobility allowance with at least 12 months left. It lets you use your allowance to lease a new car, Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle, scooter or powered wheelchair, with adaptations available if needed. - Lease a car, Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle, scooter or powered wheelchair - Get insurance, servicing, maintenance and breakdown cover included in the package - Add up to three drivers to the insurance cover - Explore adaptations to help with driving, getting in and out, or storage - Get support with electric cars, including charging options where eligible Cost: Uses your qualifying mobility allowance.
