Sport 4 Life UK is a leading youth employment charity based in Birmingham, West Midlands. We are dedicated to empowering young people to create better futures for themselves by providing a range of free and accessible services designed to build skills, confidence, and employability.
Our mission is to help young people reach their potential through tailored support, qualifications, and opportunities to get active and connect with others. We offer:
- Mentoring: One-to-one support from experienced mentors who provide encouragement, guidance, and inspiration throughout your journey.
- Employability Skills: Get job-ready with help on CV writing, interview techniques, career pathway advice, and mock interviews.
- Qualifications: Access to accredited qualifications to boost your prospects and open doors to new opportunities.
- Sports Sessions: Stay active, develop life skills, and meet new people in a friendly, supportive environment.
- School Support: Proven career services for secondary schools to increase attainment, attendance, positive behaviour, and aspirations.
We work with young people aged 11-29, offering a safe and inclusive space to learn, grow, and succeed. Our services are designed to support those who are not in education, employment, or training, as well as those looking to improve their skills and confidence.
All services are delivered in the West Midlands region, primarily from our Birmingham base at the Custard Factory. Some programmes may be delivered in schools or community venues across the area.
Cost: Most services for young people are free. For schools and businesses, tailored packages and pricing are available on request.
