Education Support is the UK’s only charity dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of teachers, lecturers, and education staff in schools, colleges, and universities.

We offer a range of free and confidential services designed to help you manage stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, financial worries, and personal challenges. Our support is available to all education professionals, whether you need urgent help, ongoing advice, or practical resources for yourself or your staff.

  • 24/7 Helpline: Speak confidentially to a qualified counsellor any time, day or night. Get immediate emotional support, advice, counselling, or coaching.

  • Employee Assistance Programme: Emotional and practical support for education organisations to help staff thrive at work.
  • Professional Supervision: Fully funded supervision for school and FE college leaders in England (subject to availability).
  • Wellbeing Resources: Access guides, articles, and toolkits on topics including anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, work-life balance, self-care, and building positive relationships at work.

We also provide tailored wellbeing services for schools and colleges, including audits, leadership support, and best practice guidance. Our resources are designed to help you and your colleagues build resilience, improve mental health, and create emotionally healthy workplaces.

All services are free and confidential for education staff across the UK.
