
Fun seated chair exercise sessions every Friday for all ages and abilities to popular tunes. We show exercises from front & side views and offer different levels to follow according to ability.
Suitable for:
Anyone wanting to be part of a more inclusive and accessible class
People who have been sedentary and want to gently ease back into exercise
People with underlying health conditions (e.g. arthritis, Parkinson’s, MS, Fibromyalgia, COPD). Those in rehabilitation from illness/operations, or living with chronic fatigue as part of another condition.

We allow an hour for the session, including an intro followed by around 45 minutes of exercise featuring:

Aerobic Exercises
Strengthening Exercises
Stretch
Relaxation/Visualisation
Revitaliser
Cool down
Stay afterwards for a complimentary cuppa and biscuit, and to socialise and make new friends– usually a half hour or so.
