NHS Oxfordshire Talking Therapies is for people aged 16 or over who are registered with a GP surgery in Oxfordshire. It offers free NHS talking therapies for common mental health problems such as low mood, anxiety and depression. - Talk through your needs in an assessment and agree the most suitable support. - Learn practical CBT-based techniques for low mood, anxiety and worry. - Join courses or groups, with a free workbook to use during sessions. - Access guided self-help, online treatment, digital consultations or one-to-one support where clinically appropriate. - Get support from trained practitioners, therapists, psychologists, counsellors and employment support advisers.
