Community Links Oxfordshire

Community Links Oxfordshire offers practical, person‑centred support to adults (over 18) living in Oxfordshire. Our friendly team works with you to identify what could make a difference to your life and to help you stay connected and living well. What we can help with includes: meeting new people, accessing information, advice and support, getting help at home, navigating the care or benefits system, finding out about services and groups available in your area, accessing transport, and learning something new. We provide a range of ways to access support: telephone support, home visits, email or text support, information events or talks to groups, and a selection of fact sheets and guides posted out to you. We host regular information drop‑ins across Oxfordshire where you can speak to a local Community Link Worker for friendly, trusted information about local activities, services and organisations. Our service is funded by Oxfordshire County Council and is designed to help you stay connected and live independently. Cost information varies by circumstance, and some elements may be funded through local authority support.
