Living Well is a Community Wellness & Empowerment Service that helps people connect with personalised wellbeing support, community-based activities and daily-living assistance to help you live well and stay independent. The service is designed to be easier to find the right help, quicker to access the right support, and better coordinated so you don’t have to navigate multiple services alone. It is intended to support people before difficulties arise and is not an assessment for benefits or social care. How to access: contact via phone or email to discuss needs or arrange a visit. Launch date noted as 1 February 2026, with most support being free or low-cost (charges, if any, are stated up front).
