Kenton Methodist Church Activities

Activities:

House groups:

·       Small groups (around 8 people) meet in members’ homes for prayer, Bible study and music.

Bible Study group

Mondays 11am- 12pm and Wednesdays 11:30am- 12:30pmBible, consider its historical and theological setting and its message for today.

·       At 11am all are welcome to join the coffee morning in the Small Hall which is open to all regardless of whether they have attended the earlier meetings.

Saturday Morning Coffee:

·       From 10:30am-12pm a coffee morning is held in the Welcome Area at the front of the Church.

·       Anyone is welcome to enjoy tea, coffee, cakes, biscuits with conversation, fun and an opportunity to get to know each other better.

·       Money raised is donated to charity.

Thursday Club:

·       Thursday Club is an evening meeting for ladies with the primary aim of sharing fellowship and friendship. They meet weekly in the Small Hall. 

·       Guest speakers come and discuss diverse subjects both religious and secular. The Club also organise DIY evenings with Bring and Buy sales, quizzes, board games for charities, book reviews, musical evenings and more.

Badminton:

·       Wednesdays at 1:15 in the Main Hall

AB Coasters Line Dance Club:

·       Mondays 11am- 12pm and Wednesdays 11:30am- 12:30pm
