Family hubs (formerly known as children and family wellbeing centres) are local centres that can offer help and support to all families with babies and children aged 0-9 (25 for young people with SEND).
We offer various groups and support services from our centres alongside our partners such as health visitors and midwives.
We have three Family Hubs in the Melton locality :
- Venture House Family Hub, Asfordby Road, Melton Mowbray, LE13 0HN
- Melton Library Family Hub, Wilton Road, Melton Mowbray, LE13 0UJ (our library staff can help signpost you to what support is available)
- The Edge Family Hub, Dalby Road, Melton Mowbray, LE13 0BQ

Parents/carers and young people aged 0-19 (25 with SEND) can come along to a Family Hub for support, advice and guidance. Some services are by invite only, or by referral which is usually done by your GP, health visitor, midwife or school. You can however make a self referral using the following link
