Worried about memory changes, or supporting someone living with dementia in Havering? Alzheimer's Society offers personalised dementia support for people who are worried about their memory, people with a dementia diagnosis, and carers, family members or friends. The service can provide advice face to face or over the phone, with information, signposting or ongoing support depending on your needs. - Speak with an expert team who will listen and answer questions - Get personalised information and advice about dementia - Be connected to local support that may help - Support is available for people with dementia, carers, family and friends - The service is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Cost: Please contact the service provider for details of any costs. Anyone who has a diagnosis of dementia or is a carer/family member of a person who is living with dementia and resides in Havering are welcome to get in touch with us.
