Worried about memory changes, or supporting someone living with dementia in Havering?
Alzheimer's Society offers personalised dementia support for people who are worried about their memory, people with a dementia diagnosis, and carers, family members or friends. The service can provide advice face to face or over the phone, with information, signposting or ongoing support depending on your needs.

Anyone who has a diagnosis of dementia or is a carer/family member of a person who is living with dementia and resides in Havering are welcome to get in touch with us.
