Isabel Hospice provides outstanding palliative and end of life care for people and their loved ones in eastern Hertfordshire.
We offer a wide range of free services to support patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families, including:
- In-Patient Unit: 24/7 specialist care for those with complex needs.
- Community Palliative Care: Support and care in your own home, helping you stay comfortable and independent.
- Living Well with Isabel: Activities, therapies, and support to help you live as well as possible for as long as possible.
- Family Support: Emotional, practical, and bereavement support for families and carers.
- Compassionate Communities: Helping local people support each other through illness, death, and bereavement.
Our care is free of charge and available to anyone who needs it in our area. We are here for you whether you need advice, symptom management, or emotional support. Our In-Patient Unit is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and our clinical advice line is available around the clock.
How to access our services:
- Anyone can contact us for advice or support – patients, families, carers, or professionals.
- Referrals can be made by healthcare professionals or by contacting us directly.
- Our administrative office is open Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
