TRAINSHED (formerly BARMATES) is a friendly model railway group based in Bridlington, welcoming anyone with an interest in railways—whether you enjoy building layouts, collecting memorabilia, or simply love trains.
We cater for all levels of experience, from those who construct layouts and rolling stock to enthusiasts of full-size railways, photography, and railway history. Our club is a great place to learn, share skills, and make new friends who share your passion.
Club meetings are held on Tuesday evenings at Burton Agnes Bowls Club and during the daytime on Thursdays. Members work together on club layouts, help each other with personal projects, and plan events such as our annual Bridlington Model Railway Show.
