Ramblers Royston Group

The Royston Ramblers Group offers organised walks for people who enjoy the outdoors, want to meet new people, improve their wellbeing, and explore the countryside. Walks are led by experienced leaders and take place year-round on Tuesdays and Thursdays (5-7 miles), and Sundays (9-12 miles). Shorter evening walks (3-4 miles) are also organised on Wednesday evenings during the summer. Participants meet at a set time and location, generally within 20 miles of Royston. While members are typically from Royston and villages with an SG8 postcode in Hertfordshire, many also come from Buntingford and South Cambridgeshire. Walks explore the countryside throughout Hertfordshire, Essex, and Cambridgeshire. New walkers are welcome to try three group walks free of charge. View the walks programme and contact a walk leader via their website to join.
