To support Medway's implementation of the THRIVE framework, Medway Partnership Commissioning have developed a directory which includes, commissioned, local VCSE's and national services and resources to support navigation to support children and young people's mental health and emotional wellbeing taking a needs led approach. The tool is for professionals supporting Medway children and young people. To gain access to the tool individuals must complete a sign up form agreeing to a few user requirements. Once the form has been complete, you will be added to the tool by a member of our team.
