Guideposts Trust is dedicated to ensuring that no one living with mental health challenges, learning disabilities, or dementia is left behind.
We offer a wide range of services designed to help people live better, stay connected, and build skills for independent living. Our specialist community hubs provide support and activities throughout the day, helping individuals stay active and engaged. We also run CONNECT Groups – social groups in the community and a one-to-one befriending service that can be accessed from home.
Our coaching and counselling services offer long-term, one-to-one support for people living with complex emotional needs and other mental health challenges. We support carers and families, and provide resources for dementia care, mental health, and independent living.
