Mary Frances Trust (Surrey)

Mary Frances Trust provides free mental health and emotional wellbeing support for adults (16+) living in Surrey, including those experiencing any kind of mental or emotional health issues. No diagnosis is needed, and friends and family can also access support. Services include wellbeing advice and information, financial and wellbeing support (for Epsom & Ewell residents aged 18+), crisis support via Safe Haven (for adults 18+), peer support, self-help groups, and a wide range of activities, courses, and groups (e.g., nature-based, physical, arts & crafts). Support is delivered face-to-face at their Leatherhead centre (23 The Crescent, Leatherhead, KT22 8DY), in the community across Surrey Downs, and in specific areas like Banstead, Elmbridge, Epsom & Ewell, and Mole Valley. Online support is available via video call (Zoom) and by phone. Services are free, with no waiting list or time limits. Self-referrals and professional referrals are welcome.
