Sheppey Matters offers social prescribing to connect individuals on the Isle of Sheppey to a range of local health and wellbeing community services. Services are delivered in person from the Sheppey Healthy Living Centre in Sheerness (ME12 1HH), outreach hubs in Eastchurch, and various other community venues across the Isle of Sheppey. Referrals can be made by professionals or individuals via the Joy digital platform.
