We are open for foodbank recipients to come and be assessed for a voucher (in person or over the phone) or to collect their parcel between 9.30-11.30am, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Parcel deliveries, when needed, tend to arrive between 11.30am-1pm.
Assessments for a foodbank voucher are carried out by our caring Foodbank Support Co-ordinator who is able to give signposting support, as well as a listening ear. Vouchers can also be accessed through our many local referral agencies, such as schools, doctors, social workers and charities.
St Mary Magdalene foodbank covers the post code area of NR31 7 and NR31 8, complimenting the various church foodbanks that cover other postcodes locally.
