The Active Life Foundation provides inclusive, accessible, social, and fun physical activities to improve people's health and well-being. Services include Basketball, Low Impact Fitness Classes, Chair Based Exercise, Family Multi Sports, Family Archery, No Strings Badminton, Xplorer (treasure hunt), FitForFamilies, Family Badminton, Dad's, Mum's and Pram's, Couch 2 5K and Just Bowl.
