E -Visa application support

RAMFEL is a legal advice charity offering advice and representation. We are OISC-accredited and are the largest provider of free specialist Level-3 advice in London.

RAMFEL’s E-visa service is open for referrals. The project is aimed at people that are digitally excluded, have language barriers, physical/mental barriers or other issues that prevent them from applying for an evisa independently.

Drop-in information

We will be running a weekly drop-in at our Stratford office (80-92 High Street, E15) by appointment only on Wednesdays until the end of the year.

We will ask you to please fill out a referral form on our website here. If there are any risk issues we should be aware of please let us know via the form, or by email to evisas@ramfel.org.uk.

Each appointment will be 1 hour
We need clients to please bring their BRP with them
Clients will need a mobile phone to be able to set up and access their E-visa
Please note that children will also need e-visas set up to replace BRPs. Children over 9 will need to be photographed in order to have their E-visas registered, so should attend appointments if possible
Unfortunately we are not able to reimburse travel costs

Other locations

We know many organisations will be running their own e-visa drop-in sessions/outreach. Please feel free to reach out if additional capacity would be helpful, we will be as flexible as we can.

We are trialling drop-in at Mulberry Junction on Wednesday 16th October. We will see as many clients as possible there that afternoon, and the MJ team will shadow us to watch the process and allow them to continue supporting service users moving forward. If this works for both the MJ and RAMFEL teams, we are happy to run equivalent drop-ins with other partners.

We can also support with eVisas on their website Apply for E-Visa - RAMFEL

Current RAMFEL clients

If you are working with a client who is already receiving advice from us, you do not need to reach out to organise an appointment for them – we will do this on our side.
