Wellbeing Walks at Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest

Join our Wellbeing Walks at Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest for a gentle, guided experience in nature. These walks are designed to help you connect with the outdoors, stretch your legs, and meet new people in a friendly, supportive group.

What to expect:

  • Gentle, inclusive walks lasting around 60 minutes, suitable for all abilities.
  • Led by trained volunteer walk leaders who ensure everyone can walk at their own pace.
  • Each week features a new route, allowing you to discover hidden gems in the beautiful National Pinetum.
  • After the walk, enjoy a chat and a cup of tea with fellow participants.

Why join? Walking among trees is proven to boost wellbeing, reduce stress, and improve mood. Our walks offer a safe, welcoming space to get active and build social connections.

Cost: Free to join the walk. Parking is discounted to £4 for 3 hours for participants, and free for Forestry England members.

When: Every Wednesday at 10am.

Where: Meet at the visitor centre, Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest, Lady Oak Lane, Goudhurst, TN17 2SJ.
