Dodford Gardening Club is a small and friendly group welcoming everyone from novice to experienced gardeners. We meet on the second Monday of each month (except August) at Dodford Village Hall, Bromsgrove.
Indoor meetings run from October to May and feature a varied programme designed to appeal to all interests. In the summer, we visit members' gardens and organise outings to gardens of interest.
The Dodford Show takes place annually on the first Saturday in September, offering members the chance to exhibit home-grown produce, flowers, eggs, cookery, preserves, and floral arrangements. The show is a friendly competition, and leftover produce is sold at the end.
- Non-members are always welcome for a small fee of £3.00 per meeting, which includes free tea or coffee and biscuits.
- Annual membership is £15.00, payable at the October meeting. You can join at any time, with fees calculated pro-rata (e.g., £10.50 if joining in January).
