Smart Works offers essential support for unemployed women seeking to re-enter the workforce. Our services include free career coaching, interview preparation, and high-quality workwear. Our Reading center provides in-person assistance, while virtual services are also available.
**Eligibility**
- Designed for women who are unemployed and preparing for job interviews.
**Services Offered**
1. **Career Coaching**:
- Duration: 1 hour
- Tailored sessions focus on CVs, cover letters, and job applications to help secure interviews.
2. **Interview Dressing and Preparation**:
- Duration: 2 hours (1 hour dressing appointment + 1 hour interview coaching)
- Personal styling consultation to choose suitable work attire, provided at no cost (the clothing is kept by the client).
- Customized coaching to enhance confidence, identify strengths, and prepare for common interview questions.
3. **Second Dressing**:
- Upon securing a job, clients receive a capsule wardrobe of 6-8 items to use until their first paycheck.

To be eligible for the service, a client must:
- Be a woman, or non-binary person who feels their gender expression connects with the Smart Works service and wardrobe.
- Be aged 16 or above.
- Be unemployed or on a zero-hours contract.
