Aerial Hoop (Intermediate)

This class is designed for those who have a minimum of 2-3 years aerial hoop experience.Prerequisites: Clean straddle invert without using feet, invert onto the top bar without using feet, ability to create combinations and experience in basic-advanced dynamic moves.-Aerial hoop (also known as Lyra or Cerceaux) is a steel hoop suspended from the ceiling. We use single-tab aerial hoops which means they hang by one point. Aerial hoop helps improve strength, flexibility, and coordination and you learn to spin lift and twist your way around the hoop.Aerial hoop is great for those who are brand new to aerial or those on the path to professionals with lots of experience! With a range of weekly classes at our Studio we offer aerial hoop in the following levels; Beginners, Improvers 1, Improvers 2/Intermediate, Intermediate and Advanced.A self-warm-up/cool-down is required for this class. This is to give intermediate students the full hour on the equipment. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your class begins to allow time for your self warm-up. Please note, all classes are levelled strictly. It is important you book into the correct class for your level as our instructors will teach strictly according to the level of the class advertised, not to the level of participants that books. All classes are 1 hour long with a maximum capacity of 8 participants - 2 students per hoop.
