The Jasmine Project offers free, confidential counselling and support for women aged 18+ living in Ealing who are affected by substance misuse, mental health issues, and/or domestic abuse.
Our culturally specific service provides a structured programme of one-to-one counselling, group work, and activities designed to help you build self-esteem, manage anxiety and depression, develop healthy relationships, and improve your overall wellbeing.
- Support plans are developed with you at your initial assessment.
- We work closely with local substance misuse and mental health services.
- Support is available at various community locations in Ealing.

Who can access? Women aged 18+ living in Ealing who are affected by domestic violence, trauma, mental health issues, or problematic drug & alcohol use.
How to access: You can self-refer, or be referred by your GP, community agency, community mental health team, or the NHS. Download referral form.
Cost: This service is free for eligible women.
Confidentiality: All support is provided in a safe, confidential environment.
