WorkWell is a free, confidential support programme for Belgrave and Spinney PCN patients with health related challenges affecting work. It offers practical support and a tailored plan to help you remain in, return to, or access work.
- Support if you are off work due to illness, struggling with work related stress, or finding it difficult to manage your health while working
- Help from the WorkWell team to understand health and social barriers to work
- A plan to support staying in work, returning to work, or accessing work
- Advice on workplace adjustments and links to local services such as physiotherapy, counselling and employment advice
- Support focused on musculoskeletal conditions, mental health and other health conditions or disabilities

Service access criteria:
The patient must be over 16 years of age and living in or registered with a GP or Job Centre in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. They must have the right to work in the UK.
