WorkWell provides early-intervention support to help individuals aged 16 and over with health conditions or disabilities to stay in or return to work. The service offers tailored support, health and work coaching, assistance to overcome employment barriers, and connections to local services. Coaches can help with action plans, communicating with employers, CVs, and job search skills. It is for those in work at risk of being signed off sick, or those recently out of work (up to 6 months) due to sickness, who live in or are registered with a GP in Herefordshire or Worcestershire and have the right to work in the UK. Support is delivered via telephone and through face-to-face 1:1 coaching sessions. In-person support is offered in Malvern and Evesham. To access, self-refer by calling your GP surgery and requesting a referral, or by using the Malvern Town PCN referral form online.
