Join our weekly mental health support group every Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Greenbank Community Centre. This group provides a safe and comfortable space for individuals to access crucial mental health support within their community.
**Who Can Attend:**
- Open to anyone aged 18 and over seeking mental health support.
- Family, friends, and professionals are welcome to support attendees.
**What We Offer:**
- Discussions focused on specific mental health conditions.
- Coping strategies to assist with managing mental health.
- General group discussions alongside engaging activities such as games and crafts.
- There’s no pressure to share; you can simply listen and absorb helpful advice.
**Session Details:**
- Duration: Each session lasts 2.5 hours, but you are free to leave early if you wish.
- No referral or prior booking is necessary; simply show up.
