Singing for Well-Being is a friendly, welcoming group for adults who want to boost their mood and improve mental wellbeing through singing. Led by experienced choir leader Claire Fowler, these small group workshops are suitable for beginners—no need to be a brilliant singer, just bring your willingness to join in!
What to expect:
- Sing familiar songs together in a relaxed, supportive environment.
- Learn breathing and singing techniques to help you feel more confident.
- Discover how singing can benefit your wellbeing and help with low mood, anxiety, and depression.
- Enjoy socialising and peer support over refreshments after the session.
Who is it for? Adults across Warwickshire & Coventry looking for creative coping strategies to improve mental wellbeing.
When: Fridays, 1–2pm
