Beginners chair yoga can improve your confidence, flexibility and concentration, while boosting your mood and reducing stress and joint strain. It is an excellent way to loosen holding, stretch painful joints, build muscles and improve circulation. It also reduces anxiety, helps lower blood pressure, builds strength, balance and supports rest, release and restoration.
