Age UK Buckinghamshire's Gardening Service offers reliable, regular help with everyday gardening tasks for people aged 55 and over living in Buckinghamshire (excluding Milton Keynes).
Our service is delivered by DBS-checked, self-employed gardeners local to your area. We provide:
- Mowing
- Weeding
- Strimming
- Leaf collection
- Hedge cutting (under 8ft)
We are a ground-based service and cannot work at heights above 8ft or provide landscaping. Please ensure animal faeces are cleared and you have a garden waste bin ready for visits.
How it works:
- Call or email us to check if a gardener is available in your area.
- If available, the gardener will contact you directly to arrange an appointment.
Cost: £25 per hour (minimum 1 hour charge). Costs may vary depending on your needs.
Service area: We cover Amersham, Aylesbury, Beaconsfield, Buckingham, Chesham, Flackwell Heath, Hazlemere, High Wycombe, Marlow, Penn, Princes Risborough, Stoke Mandeville, Wendover, Winslow, Wooburn Green.
All gardeners are reference-checked and DBS-cleared for your peace of mind.
The service is available to people over 55 who live within Buckinghamshire, excluding Milton Keynes.
