Free online course - Intro to Strength Training for Beginners

This series of six strength workout videos has been put together by Cambridge based Fitness Instructor Emma Tytherleigh. The workout videos slowly build in intensity and you can view and repeat the videos as many times as you wish. They have been designed as an introduction to strength training to help participants gain not only strength but also confidence in their own bodies. Working our muscles regularly provides us with many health benefits, from boosting our mood and mental health as well as protecting us from illnesses such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease and cardio vascular disease.
