This non-accredited introductory craft course is offered at City Skills Centre and runs every Monday from 12:15 PM to 2:45 PM for 9 weeks, beginning on September 8 and concluding on November 10, 2025.
**Course Overview:**
- **Eligibility**: Open to individuals aged 19 and over. No prior experience is required. Participants will need to complete a short workbook each week with the assistance of the tutor.
- **Cost**: The course fee is £90. However, it is free for individuals receiving specific benefits:
- Universal Credit
- Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA) or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) (Work Related Action Group)
- Individuals earning less than £25,000.
**Course Content**:
Participants will learn to:
- Create personalized items with unique designs.
- Use various pens and brushes to execute designs.
- Complete art projects, including coasters and gift tags.
- Draw, paint, and design patterns and drawings.
- Upcycle small items for gifts and home decor.
In weeks 8 and 9, students will have the flexibility to choose their own projects.
