**Who Should Enroll:**
This course is ideal for beginners aged 19 and older who have not previously taken a soft furnishings course. Participants should be comfortable completing a short workbook each week with guiding support from the tutor.

- Fabric selection for various projects
- Hand-stitching techniques for curtains and cushions
- Sewing machine operation for soft furnishings
- Creating mitered corners
- Measuring windows and calculating fabric requirements
- Constructing scatter cushion covers
- Inserting concealed zips
Over the duration of the course, you will produce various samples to build your portfolio.
