BSL Plus provides professional communication support services for Deaf, Deafblind, and Hard of Hearing individuals across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey, and other UK regions. Our mission is to break down communication barriers, enabling full access to daily life, education, and employment—including support for the Access to Work scheme.
Our services include:
- British Sign Language (BSL) interpretation and support
- Sign Supported English
- Deafblind Manual and Block Letter communication
- Adapted methods for complex needs
We work with people of all ages, including infants, children, young adults, adults, and the elderly. Many of our service users have additional needs such as autism, learning disabilities, SEN, or other specific communication requirements.
Our team of trained and empathetic BSL Communication Support Assistants (BSL CSAs) tailors support to each client’s unique needs and preferences, building relationships based on trust and consistency.
