Elevate Wokingham offers free information, advice, and guidance to young people aged 16-18 in Wokingham who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET), as well as to young people up to age 25 with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
Our friendly team can help you explore your options for education, training, apprenticeships, and employment. We also support you in finding work experience opportunities and can assist with job applications.

Appointments are available in person, over the phone, or online (via Zoom or Teams). If you are currently in school or college, please speak to your careers team or tutor for initial support. If you have recently left or completed your exams, you are still entitled to support from your school or college for careers guidance.
Optalis partners with us to provide work coaches and employment support for young people aged 18-24 and adults with special educational needs or a disability.
To access our service:
- You can submit a referral online or contact us directly.
- When you meet us, you will be asked to complete a form with some basic information to help us offer the right support.
Our service is free of charge.
