Decluttering & Organisation

Our Decluttering & Organisation service provides practical and supportive help for people who feel overwhelmed by clutter or struggle to maintain order in their homes. We understand that clutter can impact both mental health and daily functioning, and that many people simply need a helping hand to get started.

We work alongside you, not for you encouraging decision-making, providing motivation, and helping you create systems that are easy to maintain. Sessions can be focused on one room, a specific task (like tackling paperwork), or general organisation across the home.

Benefits include:

Creating a calmer, safer, and more organised living environment.
Reducing stress, anxiety, and feelings of overwhelm.
Improving day-to-day wellbeing and confidence.
Freeing up space for what matters most.
This service is particularly helpful for people living with neurodivergence (e.g. ADHD, autism), those experiencing low mood or mental health challenges, or anyone who feels stuck and unable to move forward on their own.

All sessions are led by trained, DBS-checked staff who provide practical support and encouragement in a respectful, non-judgemental way. Every paid session also helps us fund free or subsidised projects for vulnerable residents in the community.
