
Our Active Lifestyle classes are a fun and social way to stay healthy! We have over 15 exercise classes running weekly across the Wandsworth borough, we host classes for all adults, whether you are new to exercise or trying to increase or stay fit we have something for you. All our instructors are attentive, professional and love seeing participants achieve their goals. Here are just some of the classes that we run: Helps you to maintain a healthy weight Reduce your risk of falls by strengthening your muscles Support in your motor skills and coordination. Boost your mood and energy levels It’s social – joining a sports team or a class can help you to make friends If you haven’t exercised in a while, don’t worry as some of our classes and clubs focus on gentle exercise to help you to regain your fitness at your own pace and If you’re used to regular physical activity, exercises can be tailored to be more strenuous. It also includes Move More classes: specialist classes for those living with and beyond cancer, delivered by a Level 4 Cancer Rehab instructor. Take a look at our timetable below.
