Support for people with hearing loss in Leicester City

RNID, the charity supporting people who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus, is running local drop-in services to support people with hearing loss in Leicester City. 

 

Sessions are taking place at Thurnby Lodge Youth and Community Centre, Beaumont Leys Library, Pork Pie Library, Wesley Hall, Age UK Clarence House, Bishop Street Methodist Church, Fosse Library and Stocking Farm Community Shop. RNID offer drop-in sessions at local community venues across Leicester City where people with hearing loss can get support with with hearing loss. The service also offers hearing checks, information and support on living with hearing loss.

The sessions are run by trained RNID volunteers, many of whom have hearing loss themselves.
