Join our Strength and Balance sessions at de Stafford Sports Centre!

If you’re feeling unsteady or less mobile than you’d like, our friendly group offers light exercise and nutritional advice to help you improve your confidence and reduce the risk of falling.

  • When: Tuesdays, 12pm – 1pm
  • Where: de Stafford Sports Centre
  • Course options: 6-week and 8-week courses available throughout the year
  • Cost: 6 weeks – Members £36 / Non-members £42
    8 weeks – Members £48 / Non-members £56

Our supportive environment is ideal for anyone looking to stay active, meet others, and boost their wellbeing. All abilities welcome!
